Beyond Lucid Technologies Announces "Response For Responders" Awareness & Fundraising Campaign

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Dec. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Beyond Lucid Technologies, the company behind MEDIVIEW™—a mission-critical documentation platform serving the ambulance, fire, and industrial emergency response industries—today announced "Response for Responders," a campaign to highlight the heroism of EMS and Fire professionals who rush to the public's rescue, risking their own lives and homes during disasters like Hurricane Sandy, and acts of domestic terrorism like the shootings in Newtown, Connecticut and Portland, Oregon.

Beyond Lucid Technologies will donate 5% of net revenue on all software sales between December 2012 and June 2013—and pass on 100% of all donations collected by the company—to regional nonprofits helping Responders rebuild, and the National Firefighters Endowment's Responder Relief Fund.  A portion of the donation will also go to the family of Otsego (Michigan) Fire Captain and AMR paramedic Steve Stevenson, who died while engaged in Hurricane Sandy rescue activities.
