bieMEDIA COO Mike Osborne Appointed to Mobile Acuity's Board of Directors

DENVER, Feb. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- bieMEDIA (www.biemedia.com), an online marketing and media solutions company, today announced that Mike Osborne, chief operating officer, has been appointed to Mobile Acuity's (www.mobileacuity.com) Board of Directors effective February 1, 2012.  Mobile Acuity is a leading technology company enabling interactive brand marketing campaigns using its Mobile Visual Interactivity™ platform. Osborne will serve as chairman of the audit committee.

He also held several global operations roles in telecommunications and hospitality, led the development and deployment of competitive cable systems, as well as held leadership positions in product development and management at companies including iBAHN and Level 3 Communications.
