Bijjal joins RealityMine® as first Chief Product Officer to accelerate next growth phase

MANCHESTER, England, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- After posting 75% YOY revenue growth, RealityMine® is investing in expertise to support clients' accelerating needs for ground-truth behavioral signal to power their monetization and product strategies. To help drive further success, Soumya Bijjal has joined the company as Chief Product Officer, bringing over 20 years of technical, program and product experience to this newly created role.

Bijjal will lead RealityMine's product strategy, helping evolve its portfolio into scalable offerings that provide clients with faster access to high-quality behavioral data. Through accelerated product development, she will help deliver rich consumer intelligence across the rapidly changing AI, commerce, and advertising digital landscapes as well as a superior experience for the users who opt in to join RealityMine's privacy safe consumer intelligence collection programs.

Over her career, Bijjal has built platforms and the products that run on them across mobile, banking and enterprise security at Nokia, Nordea, and SSH Communications Security.

Bijjal most recently served as SVP of Product at Aiven, the multi-cloud open-source data platform, where she was a member of the executive leadership team and guided a globally distributed 150+ person product, engineering and design organization. She led product management at every stage of the company's growth from £12 million to over £100 million in ARR.
