Binary Group Awarded a $17 Million Contract to Support Army PEO EIS Power Projection Enablers (P2E) Program
ARLINGTON, Va., March 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Product Manager, Power Projection Enablers (PdM P2E) has awarded a contract valued at $17.4 million to Binary Group to provide systems engineering, integrated logistics support (ILS), information assurance (IA), operations support, and program support services.

Team Binary will support the Army to acquire and implement Enterprise-wide Information Technology capabilities and services supporting deployed forces in forward support areas worldwide including Pacific, Middle East, Europe, and Africa regions, with team members strategically located in South Korea, Germany, Kuwait, Hawaii, and Virginia. P2E will enable soldiers, commanders and supporting organizations to access, process and act upon information, anytime, anywhere, enabling the application of force across all phases of Joint Operations.

The Binary team will provide engineering expertise to analyze system concepts, system design, and interoperability, with recommendations for improved performance; prepare and update engineering and technical documentation; conduct independent evaluation and assessments of systems and technologies and proposed changes; identify requirements, development, and execution of the life cycle logistics processes; information assurance support for accreditation of existing systems or initial design of new systems; operations support; and program management support and control.
