This round, along with $8 million of venture debt financing provided by Oxford Finance LLC in December 2015, will allow the company to initiate commercialization of the Angel® Catheter in the United States. Preparations for commercialization will include the hiring of a sales and clinical team, upgrading IT infrastructure, establishing customer service and building inventory to support the company's projected sales demand.
