(NASDAQ: BIOC), a molecular diagnostics company commercializing and developing blood-based liquid biopsies to provide information to physicians to improve the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, announces a preferred provider agreement with HarlePhil Ventures, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Harle Group Inc., to market and distribute Biocept's Target Selector™ liquid biopsy assays in the Republic of the Philippines. All diagnostic testing services under this agreement will be performed in Biocept's San Diego-based CLIA-certified laboratory with HarlePhil Ventures, Inc. having responsibility for sales, marketing, distribution, and reimbursement of the Company's liquid biopsy platform. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
