Biomerics and PolyOne Announce Distributor Agreement for Medical Thermoplastic Urethanes

SALT LAKE CITY, June 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Biomerics, a leading provider of medical polymers, is pleased to announce that PolyOne Distribution has been named the exclusive distributor of its specialty medical grade thermoplastic polyurethanes in North America. 

PolyOne Distribution will distribute Biomerics' full line of medical grade thermoplastic urethanes including Quadrathane™, Quadraflex™, and Quadraplast™.  Biomerics medical thermoplastic urethanes are used in a variety of medical device applications including vascular access catheters, introducers, drainage catheters, interventional radiology devices, fluid management products, coatings, balloons, and wound care.
