BioSpec Global Solutions Inc hopes to receive confirmation from Chinese government for testing of TOGS™ 9000

NEW YORK, TORONTO and MONTREAL, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire/ - BioSpec Global Solutions Inc., and partner - ICBS Ltd. (OTCPK: ICBT), announced today that Friday's successful meeting with Chinese representatives for government testing program in one of China's provinces. A formal letter of intent from the Chinese government is expected shortly.

At a meeting that took place in Springfield Mass., Chinese representatives showed extreme interest in the TOGS™ 9000 and its ability to test water in remote locations uploading results by satellite to government offices in Beijing.

The Chinese government is expected to issue a letter of direction for BioSpec Global Solutions to test the TOGS™ 9000 in one of China's provinces.

Should they proceed it would have all Chinese government environmental agencies be equipped with the TOGS™ 9000. Both the TOGS™ 9000 and, the TOGS 3000™ would be marketed and sold throughout China and the Pacific rim countries.

The TOGS™ technology consists of a small portable, on-site instrument (TOGS™ 9000) that is operated by a single press of a button once the sample in question is put in it. This bio-photonic incubation/detection instrument detects and quantifies microbial contamination. The analysis results can be obtained directly on-site through a computer or can be directly connected and controlled by an appropriate laboratory and or regulatory authority in a secure monitoring system using 'AGACSS™' software and the internet. The government department responsible for water, could literally monitor all water sources down to the individual well owner and do it quickly, accurately and cost effectively BioSpec Global Solutions, has developed the TOGS™ 9000 to analyze total E.coli and total Coliforms in water samples.
