(NASDAQ GM: BSPM) ("Biostar" or "the Company"), a PRC-based manufacturer and marketer of pharmaceutical and health supplement products in China for a variety of diseases and conditions, today announced that it will issue its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 on Monday, November 19, 2012 before the open of the market, well within the Quarterly Report filing extension permitted under the applicable rules and regulations.
