("Bird" or the "Company"), a leader in environmentally friendly electric transportation, today announced that it will release financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2021 after the close of the market on Monday, November 15, 2021. The Company anticipates closing the proposed business combination with Switchback II Corporation (NYSE: SWBK) ("Switchback II") prior to that date, and expects to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol "BRDS".
In addition to reporting financial results, the Company will provide an update on its progress against its strategic growth initiatives. Year-to-date, Bird has made major advancements towards its mission of replacing the billions of gas-powered car trips taken annually with eco-friendly micro electric vehicles, including:
