Birdies for Breast Cancer Presents The 9th Annual Celebrity Golf Classic In Partnership with The LibertyHealth Foundation

NEW YORK, Aug. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hosted by 16-time LPGA Champion Cristie Kerr, the Birdies for Breast Cancer Celebrity Golf Classic will take place at Liberty National Golf Club again in 2013, home to the 2009 and 2013 PGA Tour Barclays Championship.

The Birdies for Breast Cancer Celebrity Golf Classic has become the premier celebrity pro-am golf event in the tri-state area. The event will feature an 18-hole Celebrity Pro-Am golf tournament, a post-golf themed spirits and food experience, entertainment, and awards with LPGA stars and celebrity guests. 

Celebrities and LPGA professionals that have committed to participate include Jason Kidd (Brooklyn Nets), Shaun O'Hara (New York Giants), Ken Daneyko (New Jersey Devils), Jerry Foltz (Golf Channel), Morgan Pressel, Natalie Gulbis, Beatriz Recari, Syndee Michaels, Kathleen Ekey, Irene Cho, Sara Jane Smith, Victoria Elizabeth, Sara Brown, Nicole Hage and Veronica Felibert.
