BizAuctions-Lucky 7's Finalizes Lease Terms for Retail-Outlet Store in San Ysidro, CA

Mar 30, 2011, 07:30 ET from BizAuctions, Inc.

SAN DIEGO, March 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- BizAuctions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BZCN), a prime provider of commercial eBay and Amazon liquidation services for excess inventories, overstocks and returns, announced today that terms of the lease for our 2nd Retail-Outlet store, to be located in San Ysidro, CA, have been finalized with the property owner.

Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO, comments, "We have finalized the terms of the lease with the landlord for the lease of our 2nd Retail-Outlet store (Lucky 7's) that is located in San Ysidro, CA and expect to sign the lease within the next five (5) to seven (7) business days. The lease term is for three (3) years with an option for an additional three (3) years and is approximately 3,800 sq. ft. in size. The retail space will require some tenant improvements and upon the completion of the improvements, the retail-outlet space should be available for occupancy by late April or early May. The new Retail-Outlet store is located within one half mile or less of the San Ysidro USA-Mexico border crossing on the 805 highway which averages approximately 35,000 passenger cars per day and 18,000 pedestrians crossing the US-Mexico border each day. Based upon our sales trend since the mid-August opening of the Retail-Outlet store located in our current warehouse-office in Otay Mesa, and with the potential customers from the San Ysidro USA-Mexico border crossing each day, I anticipate seeing sales from $5,000 to $10,000, per day, for the San Ysidro retail store. Our BizAuctions-Lucky 7's customer base continues to grow vigorously due to the word-of-mouth advertising through our Hispanic community and print advertising in the weekly Hispanic publication, CUPOMANIA. The BizAuctions-Lucky 7's customer is thrilled to find the variety of name brand merchandise that is offered in clothing, household items, appliances, and electronics such as Sony, Toshiba, Panasonic, Vizio, Sharp, and Samsung - all at prices significantly below retail. In view of the growth of our current Retail-Outlet store in Otay Mesa, and the potential of the 2nd Retail-Outlet store in San Ysidro, calendar year 2011 and beyond looks very promising." "BizAuctions closed its Lucky 7's retail store in the Chula Vista Center in the fall of 2010 in anticipation of opening a new larger retail location in San Ysidro, under the name of "Lucky 7's Retail-Outlet" in order to sell its name brand clothing such as Polo, Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans, Gloria Vanderbilt, Ed Hardy, O'Neill, and PING sports apparel, and other name brand clothing, general merchandise, household products, appliances, and electronics that will generally bring higher retail prices versus its customary eBay and Amazon business platforms," noted CEO, Janovec.
