 A unified Leadership Team driving growth

The management team is led by Bert Van der Zwan, Chief Executive Officer, who has been CEO of Bizzdesign since 2023 and led the merger initiative. With over 25 years in SaaS, he has held CEO roles at Bynder, Twinfield, Onguard, and UNIT4 group, as well as senior leadership positions at Cisco/Webex and 3Com Corporation. He is known for scaling technology businesses and driving strategic growth.

Peter Matthijssen, Chief Product Officer
CPO at Bizzdesign since 2017, Peter now leads product strategy and innovation following the merger with MEGA and Alfabet. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation, Peter shapes Bizzdesign's technological vision. He previously held roles at Bizzdesign, including International Marketing Manager and Senior Consultant. Peter holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Nick Reed, Chief Strategy Officer
As CSO, Nick leads business strategies for growth and market leadership, with a focus on M&A. He brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and customer success. He previously served as Chief Customer Officer at Bizzdesign and led professional services and customer success at Troux Technologies. Nick holds a BA (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.

Luca de Risi, Chief Operating Officer
Formerly CEO of MEGA, Luca now serves as COO at Bizzdesign, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services. He focuses on business growth, customer relationships, and operational excellence. Luca previously led MEGA's APAC operations, driving significant growth across Asia and Australia. He holds a Master's degree from EM Lyon Business School.

Jelmer Van den Beld, Chief Financial Officer
Jelmer has served as Bizzdesign's CFO since 2023 and will continue to serve in the role following the merger. He brings extensive experience in financial leadership and business scaling. Formerly CFO at LOCATIQS Group and GOconnectIT, he holds degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Radboud University and HES Rotterdam.
