RAPID CITY, S.D., April 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held April 26, 2011. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2011, will receive 36.5 cents per share, payable on June 1, 2011.
