Blockchain Real Estate Tokens with Underlying Texas Property Goes on Sale through ACCHAIN
FORT WORTH, Texas, June 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- A new blockchain digital asset token called Real Estate Token or RET is now available on ACCHAIN.ORG. The token, issued by Hong Kong based Meiyingju Group (International) Company Limited (MGI), is backed by a $655 million residential development project in Fort Worth. The project called Serene Sendera Ranch is a 2,385-home residential community to be developed by Serene Country Homes, an up-and-coming developer based in Fort Worth, Texas.
Through RET, property investors now have a great alternative to enjoy capital appreciation in strong housing markets. Compared to purchasing overseas properties, RET is more liquid because it can be traded on several digital asset exchange platforms. Token holders can also opt to use their tokens to purchase a home in the development. A future RET ecosystem expansion is also being planned that would allow holders to use their tokens to invest in select digital asset funds.
