The tour, featuring homes built in New York and California by Blu® Homes, Inc. ("Blu"), America's leading provider of premium prefab homes, will give home design and architecture fans a unique opportunity to explore Blu's luxury-quality, award-winning design. During the tour, participants across the country will also have the opportunity to attend private design seminars, where they can learn more about Blu's revolutionary approach to integrating award winning design and premium green building.  

In August, the home tour culminates with the unveiling of the Real Simple and This Old House "2014 L.A. Dream Home" in the Agoura Hills neighborhood of L.A.

The "Design Smart, Live Beautifully" Home Tour features four separate opportunities to tour Blu homes:

• April 26, 27; May 3, 4, 10: Breezehouse® on Mare Island, CA
• April 26: Breezehouse® in Copake, NY
• June 2014 (dates TBA):  Sidebreeze® in Healdsburg, CA
• August & September 2014 (dates TBA): "2014 L.A. Dream Home", a Breezehouse® in Agoura Hills, CA

Blu Homes has partnered with interior design firm Monogram Decor to outfit the Mare Island Breezehouse for the tour. Other design partners and promotions will be revealed soon.
