New York luxury real estate brokerage BLU Realty Group has unveiled the winners of its annual company-wide BLU Realty Group Awards to recognize the outstanding performance of its agents.
NEW YORK, March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Seven of BLU Realty Group's real estate professionals were announce winners at the annual BLU Realty Group Awards. Winners for Most Transactions Done were Jen Lee and Lisa Lee. Winner of the Rookie of the Year award went to Andrew Chung. The annual award for Deal of the Year went to real estate agent Susie Park. Rental Deal of the Year went to BLU Realty Group's agent Shane Shimon. Awarded the Highest Gross Commission award and Agent of the Year went to Avi Alkotzer.
The Diamond Club is a very prestigious real estate industry award. The award is is given to an agent who completes a transaction of $10,000,000 and above. This year's Diamond Club inductees are Shane Shimon and Mithlesh Kush.
