Blue River Partners Announces New Office Location

DALLAS, Sept. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue River Partners is pleased to announce the establishment of its fourth office, located in San Francisco, California.  San Francisco is known for housing a large number of private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund firms and we are excited to be joining the dynamic San Francisco financial community.  In addition to our core offerings of fund structuring and outsourced operations and compliance services, we also assist managers and funds with regulatory matters specific to Form PF for entities managing in excess of $150M AUM, commodities and futures trading activity, including registration as a CPO or CTA with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and National Futures Association, as well as the related Forms CPO-PQR and CTA-PR.  Blue River's CEO, Mark Fordyce, is currently in San Francisco to facilitate the office expansion, meet with new and prospective clients, and network with industry participants.  Below is our new contact information in San Francisco:

Personnel Updates

We are pleased to announce the two newest members of the Blue River team – Mary Foynes Gaza and Alfred Chao. Ms. Gaza, who is a JD with 15 plus years of experience working in the investment industry, has joined the Blue River legal and compliance team as a Managing Director in the New York office.  Mr. Chao, who is a CPA and MBA with 20 plus years of experience working in the financial industry, has joined our operations and accounting team as a Managing Director in the Dallas office. Collectively, Mr. Chao and Ms. Gaza bring to Blue River extensive experience and we are excited for them to join our growing team. 

In addition, we are very happy to announce that Evan Williams has been promoted to Managing Director.  Evan is one of Blue River's fund attorneys and has proven himself to be an integral part of our management team.
