Blyth, Inc. Announces Semi-Annual Cash Dividend of $0.10 Per Share

GREENWICH, Conn., Sept. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Blyth, Inc. (NYSE: BTH), a leading multi-channel designer and marketer of home fragrance and home decor, as well as health and wellness products, today announced that it has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company's common stock for the six months ended July 31, 2011.  This represents an amount equal to the dividend paid in the comparable prior year period.  The semi-annual dividend, authorized at the September 14, 2011 Board of Directors meeting, will be payable to shareholders of record as of November 1, 2011 and will be paid on November 15, 2011.
