("BMG") is pleased to announce that, after the signature of a Supply and Distribution Agreement with Centro Internacional de Cosmiatria, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Mexico ("FARMAPIEL") on July 28, 2014, FARMAPIEL achieved in few months the registration of the trademark HPO Skin Protect under its ownership in Mexico (the Product) and launched the Product in its territory with very good success.

Thanks to its innovative formula, HPO Skin Protect, helps to reduce the growth and reproduction of acne bacteria, reducing the bacterial enzymes responsible for the production of irritant fatty acid.
