Bohannan Huston to Divest Dallas Operations to Woolpert

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Jan. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Bohannan Huston announced today it will divest its Dallas operations to focus on expanding its core markets in New Mexico and Colorado. Bohannan Huston is a spatial data, mapping, civil engineering and advanced engineering technology services firm headquartered in Albuquerque.

Woolpert, a design, engineering and geospatial firm headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, with approximately 650 employees throughout its 22 offices, will acquire Bohannan Huston's Dallas operations in early February.
