Bold Bracelet Brand VITA E LIBERTA Announces First Exclusive Sale on Fab.com

NEW YORK, May 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- New York-based bracelet brand VITA E LIBERTA today announced its Fab.com debut with an exclusive 72-hour sale at fab.com/sale/21469/ set to begin at 11:00 AM EDT May 19 and end at 11:00 AM EDT May 22. VITA E LIBERTA will offer a special selection of unique hardware-and-fabric-fashioned accessories at a reduced rate.

VITA E LIBERTA (VITA, for short), which means "life and liberty" in Italian, features a line of unisex bracelets whose designs are based on the combination of shiny, silky fabrics with striking industrial-style hard-metal embellishments. VITA's chic, modern designs are all locally sourced and constructed by hand in New York City's Garment District. VITA recently added a distinctive and innovative design feature to its bracelets: a strong magnetic fastener that allows for an easier bracelet application to one's wrist.

Since the VITA brand launched in late 2011, sales of its bracelets have been steady at the Safira shop in downtown NYC's luxury Dream Hotel, at men's clothier Gostoso on Fire Island, and at various NYC pop-up sales, as well as on www.vitaeliberta.com. With early collections inspired by vintage fabrics and linings of traditional haberdashery and neckwear, VITA launched its unisex bracelet brand in September 2011. VITA was founded by fashion pioneer and DIY experimentalist Francesco "Frankie" Venezia. An Italian-American by way of New Jersey, Venezia moved to Manhattan to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising Management. While he's worked as a Merchandiser for Polo Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein, his true passion is his own designs; he started wrapping wrists with fabric scraps, and that evolved into an amazing collection of bracelet designs and stylish accessories.
