Bonanza Resources Corporation Announces Change of Directors
DALLAS, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bonanza Resources Corporation (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Green to the Company's board of directors.
Richard Green has over 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Green has been a director of LNG Energy Ltd. since August 2006. He was the Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of Saxon Oil Company from 2006 to 2009 and Senior Vice- President of LaRoche Petroleum Consultants Ltd., a private Texas oil and gas consulting corporation, prior to that. He has worked for Shell Oil Company and several independent oil companies and founded his own exploration and production firm from 1986 to 1993. He also served as Vice-President of Geology for Netherland, Sewell & Associates. Mr. Green is a graduate from Kansas State University with a B.S. and is a member of numerous professional societies. He is also an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist and Registered Geoscientist – Kansas and Texas.
The Company also announces the resignation of Mel Slater as a director of the Company.
