Boot Camp Fitness Companies to Merge in the DMV
POTOMAC, Md., Sept. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Two, well-established fitness programs SargeCorp, parent company of The Sergeant's Program, and Custom Fitness Concepts (CFC) announced their merger to provide fitness services across the METRO DC, Maryland and Virginia areas.
Aptly named "Sergeant's Fitness Concepts" (SFC), this merger brings together The Sergeant's Program and Custom Fitness Concepts with a combined 42 years in business. This new company will provide group indoor and outdoor boot camp classes, small group and personal training, corporate wellness programs to its clientele.

Sergeant's Fitness Concepts programs take place up to six days a week - with most locations operating Monday to Friday – all over and around the Beltway in Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia at over 40 classes. Small group and personal training, called "Private Training," and corporate wellness programs, called "Command Fitness," come custom-made for members of any sized organization looking to tailor their fitness program to meet their fitness goals.
