The Boston Globe, a multimedia source of news and information, was plagued with an aging phone system that was no longer supported, and lacked mobility features. After reviewing four providers, they selected ShoreTel to bring increased communication efficiencies and productivity improvements within the various departments, most notably the newsroom and advertising representatives.
