PHOENIX, Aug. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Simple ingredient snack brand, Boulder Canyon Authentic Foods® , is expanding its line of Rice Bran Oil Kettle Cooked Potato Chips with two new crave-worthy flavors, Buffalo Ranch and Sweet Chipotle, available now at retailers nationwide. The new varieties join existing rice bran oil varieties, Roasted Jalapeno and Pink Himalayan Salt.

Boulder Canyon chooses to cook its chips in 100 percent pure rice bran oil to offer consumers a snack balanced with polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. The unique oil is extracted from the outer layer of brown rice and imparts a milder finish to highlight each variety's distinct flavor.

Buffalo Ranch pairs a kick of spice with a complementary cool finish to satisfy heat seekers, while Sweet Chipotle offers layered flavors of pepper combined with brown sugar and molasses.
