Boundless Futures Foundation Releases Inaugural Annual Report Highlighting $585,000 in Grants to Empower Female Entrepreneurs

Foundation celebrates first year of impact with strategic funding, mentorship, and tools to help women-owned businesses grow and thrive

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich., June 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Boundless Futures Foundation (BFF) proudly announces the release of its first-ever Annual Report, reflecting a powerful year of impact, learning and growth. Founded in 2023 by Soon and McKeel Hagerty, the foundation was created to help level the playing field for women business owners and support businesses that drive both growth and societal good.

In its inaugural year, Boundless Futures Foundation has provided not just funding, but vital mentorship and resources to equip female entrepreneurs with the tools to scale and succeed.

2024 Impact at a Glance:

• 27 grants totaling $585,000 awarded to female entrepreneurs and nonprofits
  • 22 EmpowHer Grants totaling $445,000
  • 5 Her Village Grants totaling $140,000

• 30 female founders supported
• 31 female entrepreneurs served through nonprofit leadership programs

In addition to funding, grantees gained access to the foundation's Advisory Circle—a group of experienced female entrepreneurs who provide strategic mentorship through a structured five-step roadmap.

"While all of them are different, we've seen common threads among the entrepreneurs we worked with in 2024: the need for mentorship, honest strategy conversations, and—above all—knowing someone believes in them," said BFF Co-Founder and Advisory Circle Member McKeel Hagerty.

Boundless Futures Foundation also launched the EmpowHer Marketplace, an online platform that promotes and links directly to grantee businesses, enabling the public to support women-owned enterprises by purchasing unique home goods, accessories, and more.

In response to grantees seeking more tools to build strong businesses, the foundation introduced the FoundHer Success Kit—a free, downloadable resource offering templates for business planning, financial tracking, technology recommendations, and founder wellness.
