Bovis Lend Lease Completes Aqualea Resort and Residences on Clearwater in Clearwater, FL

TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Bovis Lend Lease completed the construction of Aqualea Resort and Residences on Clearwater in Clearwater, FL. The 17-story, 906,000 square foot luxurious resort condominium hotel, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, opened in 2010.

Eight 60,000 square foot parking levels, accommodating 764 parking spaces for resident, hotel and public use, form a pedestal atop which sit two outdoor pool decks and a nine-story hotel with commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico.  All of Aqualea's 250 condominium hotel suites and 18 private residence condominiums, which front onto the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy views of the Gulf.
