Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco Offers Members Secure Wireless Access to Web-Based Activities

(Nasdaq: SNWL), a leading secure network infrastructure company, today announced that Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, a provider of safe places to learn and grow for over 1,200 Bay Area youth, has deployed a SonicWALL Clean Wireless solution to provide its members with secure wireless access to Web-based activities.

The organization supports secure wireless Internet access to Web-based activities over laptops and computers that cannot connect to a wired network due to infrastructure limitations. With the SonicWALL Clean Wireless solution, the organization can apply the same gateway security policies the organization uses for its wired LAN traffic to its wireless traffic. This functionality allows the solution's Application Firewall feature to restrict bandwidth available for YouTube, MySpace and Google video traffic.
