WESTBORO, Mass., June 5, 2012 As one of a select group of companies that Forrester Research, Inc. invited to participate in the May 2012 report "The Forrester Wave™: BPM Training and Certification Programs, Q2 2012," BPMInstitute.org has been recognized as one of the leaders with "solid breadth and depth of content and excellent training programs."
The Forrester Wave report evaluated seven organizations across 15 BPM criteria. BPMInstitute.org received the highest score possible in 7 of the 15 categories, including training and preparation, development process, continued education and support, enterprise skills development, vertical and industry coverage, organizational commitment, and number of professionals trained and certified.
In the BPM Training and Certification Programs report, Forrester cited BPMInstitute.org as "a standout for its skill development at individual and enterprise level and on-site customized training."
Report findings
BPMInstitute.org was placed in the leaders category of the report for several key reasons. It was specifically cited as one of the leaders that provides "broad and deep domain coverage of BPM-specific topics, methods, and techniques" and "for their thought leadership and focus on building process architecture and analysis skills."
Also spotlighted were the leaders' offerings of "training and certification via different delivery channels." This includes live online, on-demand, as well as in-person training.
