RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Brad Holton, an industry veteran who founded Triangle Tech Group in 2009 growing it from one employee to a successful managed services enterprise with technicians covering the Carolinas has decided to leave the managed services space launching a new firm, Itronix IT.
Holton sold Triangle Tech Group to Raleigh-based CSP, Inc. in November 2012 for an undisclosed sum and took on the role of marketing consultant during the completion of the acquisition. Holton announced at the end of his one-year contract that he would be leaving CSP and the managed services space. "While I have enjoyed meeting alot of new people at CSP, I have decided it is time to move on to new opportunities and challenges," said Holton.
Holton has joined forces with a southeast venture capital group to form ITronix IT, a disaster recovery and insurance consulting firm that works with global players in the commercial insurance market to plan, respond, and mitigate IT and electronic related costs during natural disasters. The new firm is based in Atlanta, Ga. "We utilize a network of engineers throughout the country to be able to respond to any disaster and put intelligent experienced technicians on the ground within hours to ensure a rapid recovery of IT infrastructure and electronic equipment," said Holton.
