Breathe eCig Corp. Signs Global Distribution Agreement with TNG, GP.
NEW YORK, June 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Breathe eCig Corp. (OTCQB: BVAP) ("Breathe" or "the Company"), electronic cigarette industry innovator and pioneer, today announced the execution of a global distribution agreement with TNG, GP ("TNG"). TNG specializes in distribution of products to well over 50,000 retail locations throughout North America and abroad with an emphasis on excellent service in logistics, front-end category management, merchandising, general merchandising management, and retail displays. Under terms of the above-mentioned distribution agreement, dated June 11, 2015, TNG has agreed to exclusively distribute Breathe's second generation E-Cigarette ("ECig") to its diversified accounts of retail clients and customers which include leading Super Markets, Mass Drug, Convenience, Airport, and Military Accounts in forty states. Breathe however is not bound by contractual terms of exclusivity and retains the right to sell its products to clients that are not represented by TNG or through TNG. The next step will involve the training of TNG's salesforce with respect to the proprietary nature of Breathe's second generation products, which contain three initial flavors (Secret, Original, and Menthol) that are 100% organic and naturally flavored. Breathe expects to generate meaningful revenues from this distribution agreement, during the 3rd calendar quarter of 2015 and beyond.
