BreedIT (OTC: BRDT) Announces Yoel Yogev, Chairman of Israeli Subsidiary, BreedIT Ltd, as Chief Executive Officer

BreedIT Corp (OTC: BRDT; "BreedIT" or the "Company"), through its Israeli subsidiary, BreedIT Ltd., exclusive worldwide distributor of highly sophisticated agro-breeding solutions for plant breeders and researchers, today announced that on January 7, 2014, the Company's board of directors appointed Mr. Yoel Yogev as Chief Executive Officer, replacing Mr. Erez Zino who resigned and will continue to serve on the board as a director.

Mr. Yogev brings over 27 years of executive management and investment experience in the technology sector to BreedIT Corp. From 1987 to the present, Mr. Yogev has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of El-Gev Electronics Ltd., a leading Israeli sales representative and distributor for OEMs of electronics, fiber-optics, RF Transmitors and microwave components, modules as well as T&M systems and embedded computer solutions. He has also been an investor in many private "start-up" companies in Israel, principally in the technology sector. Mr. Yogev holds a Bsc.E.E. degree from The Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
