BridgePort Financial Solutions Appoints Osaic M&A Leader to Senior VP of Business Development

Tina Decker, Longtime Veteran of Spearheading Fee-only RIA Growth Initiatives, Will Lead Firm's M&A Strategy and Execution

PHOENIX, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BridgePort Financial Solutions ("BridgePort"), a registered investment adviser (RIA) dedicated to helping fee-only advisors achieve their growth and succession goals, announced the appointment of RIA industry veteran Tina Decker to the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development. In this role, she will lead M&A strategy and execution to accelerate the firm's growth.

Reporting to Clara Sierra, BridgePort's Managing Director, Decker will identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition and partnership opportunities that expand BridgePort's national presence and grow its long-term enterprise value. She will lead the entire M&A lifecycle, from sourcing and financial modeling through due diligence and negotiation, while collaborating closely with the executive team to shape corporate strategy and ensure seamless advisor and client onboarding.

Before joining BridgePort, Decker spent more than two decades at Osaic (formerly Advisor Group), where she held leadership positions across operations, executive strategy, M&A, and succession planning. Most recently, she served as Vice President of M&A and Succession Planning, partnering with advisors across the country on acquisitions, continuity plans, and succession transactions, and negotiating and executing more than 400 deals representing over $10 billion in acquired and retained assets. 

Throughout her career, Decker has focused on helping advisors navigate growth, transition, and change while improving operational efficiency and delivering better outcomes for advisors and clients.
