Bridger Enters Into Agreement With Occidental Energy Marketing, Inc.
Bridger to provide OEMI crude oil transportation in the Permian Basin
DALLAS, June 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Bridger, LLC ("Bridger"), an integrated crude oil midstream logistics company based in Dallas, Texas, today announced that it has executed an agreement to provide dedicated trucking services for the crude oil marketing business of Occidental Energy Marketing, Inc. ("OEMI"). In connection with the transaction, Bridger will acquire all of Occidental Energy Transportation LLC's ("OET") tractors and trailers that are currently servicing the Permian Basin, as well as employ OET's trucking operations personnel.
