Bridger Logistics, LLC Enters into a Long-Term Throughput Agreement and Expansion at Crosstex Energy's Riverside Fractionation Facility in Southern Louisiana

SHREVEPORT, La., May 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bridger Logistics, LLC announced today that through its subsidiary Bridger Transfer Services, LLC, it has executed its Phase II throughput commitment with Crosstex NGL Marketing, L.P., a subsidiary of Crosstex Energy, L.P. at Crosstex's Riverside Fractionation facility on the Mississippi River in southern Louisiana. 

Bridger Transfer Services' Phase II commitment, further expanding on its Phase I commitment executed in January 2012, commercially contracts for the expansion of the Riverside Facility. This expansion will allow Bridger Transfer Services to increase its capacity to trans-load from rail cars to barges and pipelines at the Riverside facility from approximately 4,500 barrels of crude oil per day to 15,000 barrels of crude oil per day. Phase II will also see the installation of storage tanks and a loading/unloading truck custody transfer unit that will allow the integration of Bridger Logistics' crude oil trucking arm.
