The new service, offered by Brightstar's multi-channel retail subsidiary Consensus Corporation, allows mobile consumers to keep track of their receipts and device warranties easily, while helping retailers realize more revenue from their extended service programs.

Warranty Hotel helps increase sales of extended warranties by enabling retailers to send offers directly to their customers who opt-in to the program. In addition, Warranty Hotel makes it easy for retailers to offer contract extensions to customers with existing extended warranties and other service plans.  Warranty Hotel speeds up the process of getting repairs or service on customer products, which can help boost customer satisfaction and retention.
