NATCHEZ, Miss., Feb. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Britton & Koontz Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: BKBK, "the Company") on February 15, 2011, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2011, and payable March 15, 2011.
