Brookfield Homes Hawaii has announced an incentive package of up to $50,000 in designer furnishings for select homes purchased at KaMilo at the Mauna Lani Resort on or before May 15th, 2011.

KAMUELA, Hawaii, April 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Brookfield Homes Hawaii has announced a limited time incentive of up to $50,000 in designer furnishings for select homes purchased at KaMilo at Mauna Lani Resort on or before May 15th, 2011.

That's why we've partnered with CS Wo & Sons to offer fine furnishings packages of up to $50,000 for select homes in our newest phase at KaMilo at Mauna Lani Resort," says Jeff Prostor, President of Brookfield Homes Hawaii.

KaMilo offers big island real estate within a gated community located in the Mauna Lani. The community includes 137 new single family and paired homes starting from $799,000. The homes range from approximately 1,653 to 2,489 square feet and include spacious private lanais. Some homes feature views of the Mauna Lani North Golf Course.

Homes currently under construction are schedule for completion in early Summer 2011.
