Brookfield Residential and North America Sekisui House Expand Strategic Partnership with $1.6 Billion in U.S. Real Estate Assets

COSTA MESA, Calif., March 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Brookfield Residential and North America Sekisui House (NASH) are pleased to announce the expansion of their strategic partnership. NASH has invested in five Brookfield Residential master-planned communities (MPCs). With this latest development, the partnership's combined total real estate assets in the United States now total approximately $1.6 billion. This expansion reinforces the partnership's leadership in residential land development and underscores Brookfield Residential's and NASH's commitment to delivering high-quality communities.

Today the Brookfield Residential/NASH combined managed portfolio has approximately 30,000   total single family lots under management further solidifying their presence in the market.  The addition of these master-planned communities extends NASH and Brookfield Residential's combined portfolio to high-growth regions, including Austin, Phoenix, Denver, and Northern California. These areas complement the companies' nine existing markets, further diversifying their geographic footprint and strengthening their ability to meet the evolving needs of homebuyers and builders. The Partnership now covers 11 states, and 13 markets that currently produce ~50% of US single family permits.
