MERRIMACK, N.H., June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Brookstone, Inc. today announced the extension of the offer by Brookstone Company, Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary, to purchase for cash or exchange any and all outstanding 12% Second Lien Secured Notes due 2012 of Brookstone Company, Inc. and the solicitation of consents to certain amendments of the related indenture. The offer to purchase or exchange and consent solicitation, which was scheduled to expire on June 4, 2010, has been extended to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 18, 2010.
