Bruderman Brothers, Inc. Advises Physical Therapy Company on Recapitalization
NEW YORK, Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Bruderman Brothers, Inc. is pleased to announce the recapitalization of an operator of 51 outpatient physical therapy centers located in the eastern United States. Bruderman Brothers, as exclusive investment banker, structured, arranged, and negotiated the recapitalization, led by CI Capital Partners ("CI") and InTandem Capital Partners ("InTandem"). CI is a private equity investment firm located in New York City and specializing in leveraged buyouts. InTandem, also located in New York, is a private equity firm focused on acquiring middle-market healthcare and insurance services companies. Freeport Financial provided debt financing for the transaction. This recapitalization was the second outpatient rehabilitation transaction completed by Bruderman Brothers in the fourth quarter of 2013.
