BSR Adds Largest Acquisition to Date with Windhaven Park Apartments in Dallas Market

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BSR Trust, LLC announced today that it has completed the purchase of Windhaven Park Apartments in Plano, TX. Windhaven is an expansive 22-acre garden-style community with 474 apartment homes. The property is located near North Dallas' largest employers including the new Toyota North America headquarters, Hewlett Packard, Frito-Lay, PepsiCo and others. The purchase of Windhaven marks BSR's second property in the Dallas market and second acquisition thus far in 2017. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Windhaven Park will be the largest single community in the BSR portfolio, which now includes just under 10,000 apartment homes throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Mississippi. BSR has now grown its portfolio's total apartment unit count 14% in the last 18 months through new acquisitions.
