TDX training

With BST's kickboxing-based fitness class, members will primarily use the kickboxing bag with other kickboxing-inspired physical challenges. This is a fast-paced cardio-based class where you are sure to burn off fat and feel great. These classes are all taught by professional fighters that have been there and know how far to push you.
