BST's Workplace Safety Conference Celebrates 25 Years of Innovation

OJAI, Calif., Jan. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BST's Safety in Action Conference (http://www.safetyconference.com) turns 25 in 2012. Safety in Action is an annual event that brings together experts and organizations from a wide range of industries in order to collaborate on workplace safety issues and solutions. Global safety consultancy BST first conceived of the event in 1987 as a way to bring together companies working on the then novel idea of getting employees involved in safety improvement. The first event drew a handful of enthused participants. Today, Safety in Action hosts more than 2,500 attendees who meet to cover everything from safety leadership, culture, and behavioral science to the latest research in serious injury and fatality prevention. The 25th anniversary conference commences March 15th, 2012, in San Antonio, Texas.
