BT Payroll Services Restructures Pricing for Payroll Processing

They need quarterly filing for federal, state, and, in some cases, local payroll tax forms. They need W-2's and annual forms filed as well. These are requirements, not options. That is why BT Payroll Services has restructured its monthly fees to be all inclusive.

The new, low monthly fee includes not only the required filings, but all the other services that many employers and employees want. Things like E-mail reminders that include an Excel spreadsheet with all employees listed, Direct Deposit and on-line access to allow employees access to their pay stubs at any time, electronic tax payments that are guaranteed accurate.

All tax payments are paid directly from the employer's bank account to the taxing authority on the due date instead of the funds being impounded and held by the payroll processor. After each payroll, e-mailed files can be downloaded directly into either QuickBooks or Peachtree accounting software, eliminating data entry errors. At the beginning of each month an e-mail is sent advising the employer of every tax payment and the date it will be withdrawn from their bank account.
