NEW YORK, Jan. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Buccament Bay Resort, the newest name in luxury travel to the Caribbean, is merging relaxation with the pursuit of hard-core fitness goals with the launch of a "Luxury Boot Camp" package.  Available May 21-June 30, the seven-day program at the all-inclusive property is crafted for travelers of all fitness levels by U.K.-based personal trainers and nutrition experts.  With rates starting at $5,778 for a week-long boot camp and luxury accommodations, the exclusive package allows for a health boost and also provides effective fitness tips.

Workout Schedule

With the guidance of two experienced personal trainers from UK-based Fitness 4, "Luxury Boot Camp" offers a different itinerary each day.  The daily 5:30 a.m. wake-up call proceeds with a hike to the active La Soufriere volcano, or a picturesque speed walk at the nearby Vermont Nature Trails.  On-property workout options abound at Buccament Bay Resort, from a swim at the property's beach to an intense match at the Pat Cash Tennis Academy or the Liverpool FC Academy Soccer School.

Book before February 29, 2012 and reap 50 percent savings on accommodations.  A seven-night, six-day "Luxury Boot Camp" starts at $5,778 per one-bedroom villa, based on double-occupancy, and includes accommodations for seven nights, roundtrip airfare from/to Barbados, airport transfers, fitness instruction, meals, beverages and additional resort amenities and activities.
