(BSH) interviewed and offered positions to many of the most highly qualified candidates for their Preset Appointment Exclusive Territory division. Although many of these candidates were unable to accept positions for various personal reasons, BSH is seeking to reconnect with these individuals to provide them information on recently developed new career opportunities.
Due to their continued rapid growth and new territory availability, BSH is encouraging all candidates that were previously offered positions to contact their 2nd interviewer to see if they qualify for one of these new opportunities. BSH is attempting to customize a career opportunity that best fits each individual candidate's financial and long-term career goals.
"While I cannot elaborate on the specifics of these new opportunities, I can say they range from phone sales to company-paid Accreditation Training," stated one of their Executive Board members.
Another Board member added, "To only the most highly qualified individuals previously interviewed, we have unanimously agreed to offer immediate entry into higher level sales management positions. Historically, our Board has never allowed BSH to offer such opportunity to starting sales associates."
An anonymous employee of BSH's Human Resources Department provided us with a highly confidential memo from their Board Chairman. Within the Chairman's memo he emphasized that they clearly understood the following:
"At the present time, it is important that you realize these opportunities are available for a trial period only and can be discontinued at any time. However, based on the results of this test, we will determine if it becomes permanent or not."
