BurkeyLoan - Student Loan to Mortgage Lender Partners with Mortgage Brokers
MIAMI, Jan. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, BurkeyLoan Inc. announced the BurkeyLoan Affiliate Partner Program. The program will develop a network of high caliber mortgage brokerage professionals offering BurkeyLoan mortgage products.
BurkeyLoan Inc. is a portfolio mortgage lender that will issue, hold and service BurkeyLoan mortgages. The Affiliate Partner Program is the company's wholesale broker agreement. Affiliate Partners are independent, third-party mortgage brokers authorized to offer and originate BurkeyLoan mortgage products.
The BurkeyLoan mortgage application process is automated and offers a transparent disintermediation approach to mortgage and lifecycle lending. The nationwide Affiliate Partner Program is arranged by metropolitan statistical areas (MSA) and the number of affiliates in each area is based on the respective MSA populations. Individual and entire MSA affiliate partner agreements are available. Affiliates are required to meet certain experience, performance, credit, financial and other criteria. Affiliate fees vary by market.
The affiliate fee is refundable and guaranteed by the Company through the issuance of the Company's cumulative convertible preferred stock. Through conversion rights, Affiliate Partners would have an ownership interest in the company.
