Business Ink Announces Executive Appointments
AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Business Ink, Co., one of the nation's leaders in strategic business communications, today announced three executive appointments.
Senior Vice President John Keating, formerly the firm's Chief Technology Officer, was named Chief Strategy Officer. Jim Clishem, a technology executive with more than 35 years of experience was named Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President. Vice President Mike Woods was promoted to manage the firm's operations in both Charlotte and San Diego.

Clishem has extensive experience building and growing technology companies and serving in senior leadership positions. Prior to joining Business Ink, Mr. Clishem was a Senior Consultant with Gerson Lehrman Group. Before that, he was President and CEO of Transaction Wireless and earlier served as President and CEO of Active Power, a publicly traded clean-tech industrial solutions company. Mr. Clishem also served as President and CEO of Xodiax, LLC.
Woods, as general manager, is responsible for client relations, development and production in Charlotte and San Diego. He has been managing operations since last September. Prior to that, he was Business Ink's corporate Controller and previously worked for Royal Dutch Shell for eight years in commercial, finance and M&A positions. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the designation Chartered Financial Analyst CFA®.
